Midland raises flag for the Salvation Army Kettle Campaign

Today Mayor Bill Gordon, gathered with staff and members from the Midland Salvation Army and was joined by Tiny Township Mayor David Evans to raise the Salvation Army flag and kick off the 2024 Kettle Campaign that started on November 21. Thank you to the dedicated team and volunteers with the Salvation Army for all you do.
You can find kettles locally in: Midland at Walmart, Real Canadian Superstore, Canadian Tire, LCBO (in December), and one at the Penetanguishene Village Square Mall.

Today Mayor Bill Gordon, Town Council members and staff gathered to recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Town flags were lowered, and a moment of silence was held during a ceremony this morning at Town hall.
