Midland lowers flag for Day of Mourning for Persons Killed or Injured in the Workplace

Today, staff gathered with Mayor Gordon to lower the flags at Town hall in observance of the Day of Mourning for Persons Killed or Injured in the Workplace, which takes place annually on April 28.
Mayor Gordon shared some words with staff to mark the importance of safety in the work place and held a moment of silence to pay respect to those who lost their lives or were injured while working.
