Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Ontario's Best Butter Tart Festival. Vendor applications are now closed for the upcoming 2025 Festival.
Ontario's Best Butter Tart Festival has a limited number of vendor booth spaces available. We have received more vendor applications than there are booth spaces. Prior participation in the Festival does not guarantee acceptance for 2025. All vendor applications are juried, and submitting an application does not constitute acceptance. Only those who applied prior to the deadline will be placed on the waitlist. To be fair and equitable, late applications unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Please Note: We will never solicit payments over social media. All communication regarding vendor applications and acceptance to the festival will be done by the Town of Midland and Ontario's Best Butter Tart Festival staff either by phone, verified email, or through our booking platform Perfect Mind. Please be aware that Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and any other social media platform are not secure for payments. Anyone requesting payment via Paypal or e-transfer should be assumed fraudulent and reported to festival staff immediately via email.
