Water and Wastewater Invoices Error - May Billing

Regarding May 2024 Water and Wastewater invoices:

It has been brought to our attention that some residents have received their Water and Wastewater invoice for the May billing however it may not have identified:

• if the meter reading is actual or estimated.
• if the customer is on a preauthorized payment plan (PAP).  

The errors have been notified to our financial software service provider and we anticipate it will be corrected on the next billing date.
