Notice of Public Meeting - Building (July 10, 2024)

The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Midland will hold a hybrid (virtual and in-person) Public Meeting on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 starting at 4:00pm in the Council Chambers at the Municipal office for the following:

• Amendment to the Building Permit Fees (Building By-Law No. 2005-51) as per Section 7(6) of the Building Code Act, 1992.

Where: West Side of Ingram Crescent will be closed, from Hugel Avenue to the section in front of 1047 Ingram Crescent.

When: Thursday, June 6, 2024 starting at 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Why: Tree operations.

Where: Sundowner Road will be closed, near the section at rear of 714 Balm Beach Road between Balm Beach Road West and Balm Beach Road East.

When: Monday, June 3, 2024 starting at 8:00 a.m. Expected to end Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
