Proposed Development
The purpose of the application is to permit the conversion of an existing three (3) dwelling unit building into three (3) townhouse dwelling units and to seek site-specific regulations regarding the following items:
- Minimum lot area;
- Minimum lot frontage;
- Maximum lot coverage;
- Reduced rear yard setbacks from the existing building to the applicable lot lines;
- To recognize and permit reduced setbacks from the interior and rear yard setbacks from the existing accessory buildings to the applicable lot lines; and,
- To permit a reduced setback from the main building to an accessory building.
