The Town of Midland’s Property Standards By-law provides the minimum maintenance standards for residential property owners to follow to make sure that your property is structurally sound and properly maintained. If you are a property owner in Midland, you must keep your property in good repair and maintain it. This includes any property that you own, rent or lease to tenants.

Please include your name, address and telephone number in your email or voicemail. We will only investigate complaints with contact information included. Your personal information will be kept confidential.
If you have concerns about your rental unit, speak to your landlord or property manager and submit a service request. If this issue is not resolved in a reasonable amount of time, contact Customer Service or call 705-526-4275.
