The Town of Midland is committed to supporting our residents and local groups/organizations. To request a flag ceremony or proclamation, or to invite Mayor Gordon to a local event complete the forms below. All requests will be reviewed by the Mayor's office. Flag Ceremony and Proclamation Request |
An individual or group requesting a flag ceremony or proclamation shall complete and submit this form at least 30 days prior to the date of the requested event. To request a flag ceremony or proclamation complete the form here. Approved flag ceremonies must be submitted to the Community Calendar by the requestor. |
Invite the Mayor to your Event |
Event attendance invitation requests should be received no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Due to a busy schedule, not all invitations will be accepted. To request the attendance of the Mayor at an event, complete the form here. |
