The Water and Sewer bills are issued on a quarterly basis for residential home owners, but large commercial accounts are billed month. All payments should be made to the Town of Midland.

Debit, Cash or Cheque |
Come into the Town office with your copy of your bill to pay with cash, debit or cheque. |
After hours |
When the Town office is closed, you can safely drop off a valid cheque, payable to The Town of Midland. You must include the stub from your water bill so we know which account to apply it to. |
By mail |
Mail a valid cheque, payable to The Town of Midland with the stub from your water bill to the Town office. You must include the stub from your water bill so we know which account to apply it to. |
Online banking |
Most Canadian banks offer online banking for water bill payments. When searching for the bill payee, include the terms Midland water or Town of Midland water. You'll need your water account number to set up the bill payee, do not include the decimal point when setting up the payee. |
At your bank |
You can pay your water bill at most major banks in the branch. Bring your water bill or water payment stub to the bank to make your payment. Contact your bank for more details. |
