Additional Connection Permits
Connection of a new service to Town of Midland infrastructure requires a permit. Property owners need an Additional Connection Permit (ACP). This is for connection to water, storm and sanitary lateral services. The cost of permits will vary. See our Fees and Charges for more information.
Why do I need a permit?
When work affects the municipal infrastructure, it requires a permit. The Town of Midland will ensure the work done is correct. If the Town is not satisfied with the work done, there are penalties.
