Proposed Development
The purpose of the application is to rezone the subject lands from Highway Commercial (HC) zone to Highway Commercial Exception (HC-XX) zone in accordance with the following:
- Reduce the required minimum number of parking spaces from 113 spaces to 101 spaces; and
- Reduce the required size of a loading space from 4.0 metres wide by 21.0 metres long to 4.0 metres wide by 9.5 metres long.
The rezoning application would facilitate a 2-storey, 334.38 square metre addition for the purposes of a restaurant with both internal access from the hotel and external access.
