- Closing at 3:00 p.m. on December 31, 2024 and will reopen on January 2, 2025.
- No service December 25, 26, 2024 or January 1, 2025.
- Reduced service on December 24th and December 31st, 2024.

While the office is closed, you can register your complaint or request for service directly through our online portal, you can create an online case for your issue here. These will be reviewed on January 2, 2025. Any emergencies related to water, sewer or roads please call 705-527-8274. |

What about deliveries or online applications? |
|
Deliveries will not be accepted between December 24, 2024 and January 1, 2025. Online applications will be processed on January 2, 2025. |
