We offer solutions in a timely and effective manner. The Customer Experience Office strives to resolve issues upon first contact. Need support when accessing Town services, requesting information, providing feedback or expressing a concern?
What happens when you report an issue?
Customer Experience Representatives are trained and have the experience to resolve the majority of inquiries at the first point of contact. If needed, your request will be directly managed by our staff to ensure your questions are answered and needs are addressed.
When further investigation is required through a customer service case:
- You receive a customer service case number which can be created by you or staff.
- Staff communicate internally to gather resources for more information.
- You will be contacted by staff; either with an update or resolution.
- Once the issue has been resolved the case will be closed.
